Discover the story behind Indonesia's premier online gaming platform and our commitment to excellence
Founded in 2018, aho788 emerged from a clear vision: to create an online gaming platform that combines international standards of excellence with deep understanding of the Indonesian market. We recognized that Indonesian players deserved better than the generic, one-size-fits-all platforms dominating the market at the time. They needed a platform that understood their preferences, supported their local payment methods, spoke their language through customer service, and respected their cultural context.
Our founding team brought together expertise from international gaming operations, Indonesian fintech, and digital entertainment. This unique combination allowed us to build a platform that seamlessly bridges global gaming innovation with local Indonesian convenience. From day one, we prioritized partnerships with major Indonesian banks—BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga—and popular e-wallets like OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. This commitment to local payment integration has become one of our defining characteristics, enabling instant deposits and withdrawals that Indonesian players can trust.
Today, aho788 serves over 2.8 million active players across Indonesia's major cities—Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Makassar, Semarang, Palembang, and beyond. Our platform processes billions of Rupiah in transactions daily, offering comprehensive sports betting coverage including BRI Liga 1 football with clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and PSM Makassar, alongside international leagues like the EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and major tournaments featuring Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda). We've also built Indonesia's most extensive collection of casino games, slots, and specialty gaming categories including togel (traditional lottery), bandar bola (football betting), and sabung ayam (cockfighting) that resonate with Indonesian gaming culture.
What sets aho788 apart is our unwavering commitment to three core principles: security, fairness, and responsibility. Every transaction on our platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption—the same standard used by major financial institutions worldwide. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories, ensuring fair outcomes. Our live casino streams feature real dealers in professional studios with multiple camera angles, eliminating any possibility of manipulation. We operate under international gaming licenses and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, requiring KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for all accounts to protect both our players and the integrity of our platform.
Responsible gaming stands at the heart of everything we do. We provide comprehensive self-limitation tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. Our customer service team receives specialized training to identify problem gaming patterns and offer appropriate support resources. We strictly enforce our 21+ age restriction through mandatory identity verification, and we maintain transparent communication about the legal context of online gaming in Indonesia. This honesty builds trust—we never make false promises or misleading claims about licensing status or regulatory approval.
As we look toward the future, aho788 remains committed to innovation while staying true to our Indonesian roots. We continuously expand our game portfolio, improve our mobile experience, and enhance our payment infrastructure to serve Indonesian players better. We invest in Indonesian football through industry partnerships, support local gaming communities, and contribute to responsible gaming education. Our goal is not just to be the largest gaming platform in Indonesia, but to be the most trusted, most respected, and most player-focused platform serving the Indonesian market.

The gaming industry evolves rapidly, and we evolve with it. We continuously expand our game portfolio, adopt new payment technologies, enhance our mobile experience, and integrate player feedback. Innovation keeps us competitive and keeps our platform fresh and exciting.
The advantages that make us Indonesia's preferred gaming platform
We maintain direct partnerships with all major Indonesian banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. This enables instant deposit processing—your funds appear in your gaming account within seconds of completing your bank transfer. We also support popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for maximum convenience.
Withdrawal processing is equally fast. During business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB), most withdrawal requests are approved and processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers typically reach your account within one hour, while e-wallet withdrawals may take up to two hours depending on the provider. We charge no fees for deposits or withdrawals—what you deposit is what you play with, and what you win is what you receive.
Our customer service team operates around the clock, every day of the year, including major Indonesian holidays like Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Christmas. Every support agent speaks fluent Indonesian and understands the cultural context of Indonesian gaming. They're not reading from scripts—they're trained professionals who can handle complex account issues, technical problems, and payment inquiries with expertise and empathy.
Reach us through multiple channels: live chat for instant responses (average response time under 30 seconds), email for detailed inquiries (typical response within 2-4 hours), WhatsApp for quick questions and urgent matters, or in-app messaging for secure communication tied to your account. We maintain full conversation history so you never need to repeat your issue to different agents.
Football dominates Indonesian sports betting, and we provide the most comprehensive coverage available. Every BRI Liga 1 match featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, PSM Makassar, Arema FC, Persebaya Surabaya, and all other clubs is available for pre-match and live in-play betting. We offer competitive odds on all major international leagues—EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1—plus UEFA Champions League, Europa League, and international tournaments.
Beyond football, we cover badminton (Indonesia's Olympic strength, including All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit in Lombok), NBA basketball, tennis Grand Slams, and E-sports tournaments for Mobile Legends (MPL Indonesia), PUBG Mobile, Dota 2, and Free Fire. Whatever sport you follow, we've got you covered.
Our game library contains over 5,800 titles across every popular category. Slots dominate with over 3,500 titles including classic 3-reel machines, modern video slots with immersive themes, Megaways mechanics offering up to 117,649 ways to win, and progressive jackpots reaching billions of Rupiah. We feature popular slot gacor (high-payout slots) known for frequent wins and generous RTP percentages.
Live casino brings authentic casino atmosphere with over 200 live dealer tables streaming 24/7. Play Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, and specialty games with professional dealers. We also offer togel lottery games with multiple daily draws, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Bingo, crash games like Aviator, and sabung ayam cockfighting with Meron/Wala betting options familiar to traditional Indonesian gaming enthusiasts.
aho788 is more than just a gaming platform—we're part of the Indonesian gaming community. We understand that our success depends on the trust and satisfaction of Indonesian players, and we take that responsibility seriously. This commitment manifests in several key ways that distinguish us from international competitors who simply translate their websites into Indonesian without understanding the market.
We recognize that Indonesian gaming culture has unique characteristics shaped by geography, religion, tradition, and social dynamics. We respect the popularity of traditional games like togel (lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting) while introducing international casino games adapted for Indonesian preferences. We observe major Indonesian holidays in our promotional calendar—Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), Nyepi, Christmas—with culturally appropriate bonuses and tournaments rather than generic Western promotions.
We invest in the Indonesian sports ecosystem through partnerships and sponsorships that benefit local teams and athletes. While we cannot claim specific sponsorship relationships without verification, we actively support the growth of Indonesian football at both the professional level (BRI Liga 1 clubs) and grassroots youth development programs. We also sponsor E-sports teams competing in Mobile Legends and PUBG Mobile tournaments, recognizing E-sports as a legitimate competitive discipline beloved by younger Indonesian gamers.
We believe informed players make better decisions. Our platform includes comprehensive educational resources covering game rules, betting strategies, odds calculation, bankroll management, and risk awareness. We publish articles explaining how different games work, what RTP (Return to Player) percentages mean, and how to recognize fair gaming practices. This transparency empowers players to gamble responsibly and understand what they're getting into.
Unlike some competitors who make misleading claims about Indonesian government approval, we maintain complete honesty about the legal status of online gaming. We clearly communicate that we operate under international licenses from offshore jurisdictions, that Indonesia's gambling laws predate the internet and create legal ambiguity, and that players are responsible for their own legal compliance. This honesty builds deeper trust than false promises ever could.
We're building aho788 for the long term. We're not a fly-by-night operation looking to maximize short-term profits before disappearing. We've been serving Indonesian players since 2018, we're profitable and sustainable, and we're continuously investing in platform improvements, expanded game selection, and enhanced customer service. When you join aho788, you're joining a platform that will be here for years to come, honoring its commitments and protecting your interests.
