User Agreement governing your use of our platform and services

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and aho788 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering with, or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and any subsequent modifications.

By registering an Account with aho788, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one Account on the aho788 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void associated wagers, and confiscate balances. Legitimate reasons for Account duplication (such as forgotten credentials) should be resolved through customer support rather than creating new Accounts.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud, aho788 requires all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit the following documents:
Documents submitted for verification are typically reviewed within 1-24 hours during business hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal functionality may be restricted or limited. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time if we deem it necessary to satisfy our compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
aho788 supports deposits through major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary based on your Account status and verification level.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon receipt of confirmation from the payment processor. E-wallet deposits follow the same instant processing model. Deposits may be subject to processing delays due to banking system maintenance, public holidays, or technical issues beyond our control. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within one hour, contact customer support with your transaction receipt.
All deposits must originate from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from bank accounts or e-wallets not registered to you) are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject, reverse, or confiscate funds deposited from third-party sources. Accepted deposits from third-party accounts may be returned to the source without honoring any associated wagers.
aho788 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees which are beyond our control. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors are the sole responsibility of the Player.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed identity verification (KYC) and wagered at least once through your deposited funds. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name matching the name on your verified Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited under anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00 - 22:00 WIB) are typically approved and processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for verified Accounts. Bank transfers generally reach the recipient account within 1-2 hours, while e-wallet withdrawals may take 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the provider. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed starting from 08:00 WIB the next business day.
Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your Account tier and verification status. Standard verified Accounts have daily withdrawal limits of Rp 50,000,000. Higher limits are available for VIP tier members. We reserve the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security and operational reasons.
aho788 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, receiving banks or e-wallet providers may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges. We are not responsible for fees imposed by third-party financial institutions.
Pending withdrawal requests can be cancelled by you at any time before processing is complete. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your bank or e-wallet provider, it cannot be reversed by aho788. If funds are returned to us by your financial institution due to incorrect account details or account closure, we will contact you to arrange alternative payment arrangements.
From time to time, aho788 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or other incentives ("Bonuses") to Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions in case of conflict. Common bonus terms include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager (typically expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount) before Bonus funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 100,000 Bonus with 10x wagering requirements means you must place Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawing. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10%).
aho788 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel wagers, and confiscate winnings if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus repeatedly, colluding with other Players to manipulate Bonus outcomes, using betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging), or any other behavior that violates the spirit of the promotional offer. Our determination of bonus abuse is final.
All bets placed through the aho788 Platform are governed by the specific rules of the game, sport, or betting market on which the wager is placed. Detailed rules for each gaming category (sports betting, casino games, slots, togel, etc.) are available in the respective sections of our Platform. In case of discrepancy between game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules take precedence.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider. For sports betting, we rely on official league statistics and recognized sports data providers. We do not accept liability for errors in third-party data feeds. In cases where official results are disputed, delayed, or unavailable, we reserve the right to delay settlement until results are confirmed. For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes as captured on video.
We reserve the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors or technical glitches displaying incorrect odds, bets placed after an event has already started (for pre-match markets), matches that are abandoned or cancelled, detection of fraudulent activity or collusion, violations of maximum bet limits, or any circumstance where honoring the bet would be unjust or contrary to the spirit of fair gaming. When bets are voided, stakes are returned to your Account.

If you feel that your gaming habits are becoming problematic, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools or contact customer support to request temporary or permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
All content on the aho788 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and compilation of data, is the property of aho788 or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aho788 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless aho788 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful conduct by you in connection with the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aho788 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our customer support channels. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our license jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against aho788. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
aho788 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you through email, Platform notification, or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, extended periods of inactivity, or if we determine that continued service provision to you would violate applicable laws. Upon termination by us, your balance will be returned to you unless confiscation is justified under these Terms.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less. To avoid dormancy fees, simply log in to your Account at least once every 12 months. If your Account reaches zero balance due to dormancy fees, it may be closed.
By creating an Account, you consent to receive communications from aho788 via email, SMS, in-platform messaging, and push notifications. Communications may include account notifications, promotional offers, and important updates regarding our services. You may opt out of promotional communications through your Account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential service-related communications.
Official notices from aho788 will be sent to the email address associated with your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is current and that you regularly check for communications from us.
Your use of the aho788 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and aho788 regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
